Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had very spacious rooms with some great decorative touches and awesome views of Boston, classifying them as superior. My stay was fantastic, but there were some minor drawbacks like the location not being very central and the dining experience being a bit hit and miss.
The hotel room was modern and very clean, although it didn't quite meet luxury standards. The turn-down service was forgotten, and room service breakfast arrived cold. Overall, the room was acceptable, but luxury might be a stretch here. The rooms were very cool and nicely appointed.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a fantastic view of the esplanade and Charles River, and though they needed some updates, they were extremely spacious with amazing floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom. The service was top-notch with the offer to comp my next stay and the unique, comfortable room decor. The location was perfect for exploring Boston, especially being close to Mass General Hospital. Dining could have been better quality, but the overall experience was delightful!
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the T station for city exploration. The rooms are average in a separate tower but offer nice views. Service was a mixed bag with extremely unpleasant encounters but also helpful tips. Breakfast is nothing special, and the prices are higher than typical hotel offerings.
